ガホ (Gaho)は 2018年 プラネタリウム・レコードから発売されたEP『PLANETARIUM CASE#1』でデビュー、さらに同年、ソロ・シングル「있어줘 (Stay Here)」, EP『Preparation For a Journey』を相次いでリリースし、シンガーソングライターとしての能力を発揮するばかりでなく、独自の感性を余すところなく盛り込んだ楽曲をリリースした。
また、デビュー前から、SBSドラマ「あなたが眠っている間に」サウンドトラック収録の「Come To Me」、SHINeeの6thアルバム『The Story of Light』の収録曲「I Say」の作詞・作曲を手がけ、プロデュース能力まで兼ね備えた姿を見せた。
自身の弛まぬ制作活動と並行して、「私の恋したテリウス」、「秘密の森2」、「スタートアップ」、「なぜオ・スジェなのか」等、 多数のドラマのサウンドトラックで参加するなど、様々なジャンルを行き来するヴォーカリストとしての顔も見せている。
特に2020年、「梨泰院クラス」の主題歌である「はじまり」を通じて、韓国のみならず世界中のファンから注目が集まり、海外までその活動領域を広げている。
最近ではミニ・アルバム『Diamond』を発売し、活発な活動を続けている。
Gaho debuted in 2018 with her EP album "PLANETARIUM CASE#1" on the Planetarium Record label, followed by her solo single "Stay with me" and EP album "Preparation For a Journey" in the same year, demonstrating not only her ability as a singer-songwriter but also her unique sensibility.
Even before her debut, she showed her production skills by writing and composing "Come to Me," the OST for the SBS drama "While You Were Sleeping," and "I Say," a song from SHINee's sixth album "The Story of Light.
Along with her steady album activities, she has participated as a vocalist in a number of drama OSTs, including "Terius Behind Me," "Secret Forest 2," "Startup," and "Why Oh Soo Jae," showing her versatility as a vocalist across various genres.
In particular, through 'Startup', the main theme song of 'Itaewon Class' in 2020, she has been gaining attention from global fans beyond Korea and expanding her activities overseas.
Recently, she released a mini-album, "Diamond," and is continuing to be active.
